This model was bought from ebay as incomplete. It turned out to be missing the ring that fits on the bottom of the torso and forms a hole for the legs to fit into. I bought it with the idea of converting it into a crashed titan for use as an objective marker. There was no paint or glue residue to strip so I just got straight into modelling. I started by sticking the two bits of stone to a thin titan base, then building up a good layer of milliput all over. |
The base has had its first coat of Brown applied and the Warhound has been dry-brushed with Tin Bitz followed by Bolt Gun Metal. |
Next steps will be a thinned brown wash (with a touch of washing-up liquid) and three successivly lighter dry-brushings. This will finish the base off apart from the addition of patches of green flock at the very end. |
